Working as a physicist in academia and aerospace, I have always loved baking.  A few years ago, I became Celiac and it was hard finding authentic tasting gluten free breads and cakes.  

After two years of intense research and experimentation, I found a unique gluten-free flour mix that allowed me to create authentic-tasting breads, rolls, cakes, and cookies that finally rivaled their traditional counterparts.

Our kitchen is gluten-free, with strict protocols to avoid any cross-contamination. We use only the finest ingredients, from organic virgin olive oils, and local farm fresh eggs, to premium rice and potato flours, ensuring every bite is pure and delicious. Our family and friends loved what we made and encouraged us to share it, and now we're delighted to share it with you!
