We are a homebased micro bakery, using the finest quality ingredients, from local honey to organic virgin olive oils. Our menu features a selection of breads, cookies, pastries, and more, all baked with care in our Sierra Madre kitchen.

Our Story
After years of struggling with bread, I was diagnosed with Celiac Disease. Soon after, my daughter received the same diagnosis, followed by my mom discovering she was gluten intolerant. This turned our family's life upside down, particularly our love for baked goods. We searched extensively in Los Angeles and our Pasadena, CA area for gluten-free breads, cakes, and cookies that truly satisfied, but consistently came up short and simply didn't taste authentic. After two years of intense research and experimentation, I found a unique gluten-free flour mix that allowed me to create authentic-tasting breads, rolls, cakes, and cookies that finally rivaled their traditional counterparts. Our kitchen is gluten-free, with strict protocols to avoid any cross-contamination. We use only the finest ingredients, from organic virgin olive oils and cage-free eggs, to premium Earthborn Elements and King Arthur rice and potato flours, ensuring every bite is pure and delicious. Our family and friends loved what we made and encouraged us to share it, and now we're delighted to share it with you!
